N\u00eb sistemin sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor&nbsp; shqiptar ekzistojn\u00eb disa protokolle mjek\u00ebsore, kryesisht jan\u00eb miratuar udh\u00ebzues mjek\u00ebsor, por nuk ka nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb unifikuar p\u00ebr zbatimin e tyre n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet mjek\u00ebsore t\u00eb institucioneve q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevoja p\u00ebr zbatimin e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb urgjenc\u00eb e sistemit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbatimi i protokolleve lidhet me disa aspekte shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor si p.sh:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Siguria e pacientit:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Protokollet reduktojn\u00eb rreziqet e gabimeve mjek\u00ebsore, diagnozave t\u00eb gabuara, trajtimeve t\u00eb pap\u00ebrshtatshme dhe infeksionet spitalore<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standardizimin e trajtimit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb v\u00ebndin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb rast zbatimi t\u00eb protokolleve mjek\u00ebsore pacienti merr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin standard sh\u00ebrbimi n\u00eb cdo spital apo q\u00ebnd\u00ebr sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore. Qytetari i drejtohet institucionit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur problematikat e tij sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, \u00ebsht\u00eb detyr\u00eb e sistemit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor q\u00eb t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn cil\u00ebsi sh\u00ebrbimi n\u00eb cdo institucion. Mekanzimi i cili e mund\u00ebson k\u00ebt\u00eb garanci \u00ebsht\u00eb praktikisht protokolli sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parandalon mbingarkes\u00ebn e sptaleve dhe kostot e panevojshme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Trajtimet mjek\u00ebsore jo t\u00eb standardizuara rrisin kostot e sh\u00ebrbimit mjek\u00ebsor, shtohen ekzaminimet laboratorike (analizat) dhe ato imazherike (echo; grafi; skaner; rezonance magnetike etj) t\u00eb panevojshme si dhe rrit konsumin e barnave p\u00ebr trajtimin e diagnozave jo n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me protokollin mjek\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rrit transparenc\u00ebn dhe besimin e qytetar\u00ebve ndaj sh\u00ebrbimit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor, mjek\u00ebve dhe sistemit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi ligjore dhe mbrojtje p\u00ebr mjekun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbatimi i protokolleve mjek\u00ebsore rrit ndjesh\u00ebm p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb ligjore q\u00eb&nbsp; ka mjeku ndaj procedur\u00ebs mjek\u00ebsore q\u00eb diagnostikon, ndjek dhe trajton pacient\u00ebt e tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo situat\u00eb e mbron mjekun nga padit\u00eb , rrit p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebrin\u00eb profesionale dhe e b\u00ebn tratjtimin t\u00eb mbrojtur juridikisht. Shpesh her\u00eb ne jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb tensioneve t\u00eb krijuara midis pacient\u00ebve dhe mjek\u00ebve pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr dyshimin e keqmjekimit. Shpesh mjek\u00ebt p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar penalisht dhe nuk ka asnj\u00eb baz\u00eb ligjore apo dokument ku mund t\u00eb verifikohet n\u00ebse mjeku ka zbatuar detyr\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr trajtimin e pacient\u00ebve apo jo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ndihmon n\u00eb harmonizimin me standarded europiane t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit mjek\u00ebsor q\u00eb ofron sistemi yn\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse aplikohen standarded e shoqatave profesionale t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, sidomos ato t\u00eb forumeve europiane ne do t\u00eb leht\u00ebsonim shum\u00eb edhe \u2018\u2019integrimin\u2019\u2019 e sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb BE p\u00ebrmes aplikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit standard diagnostikimi dhe trajtimit p\u00ebr pacient\u00ebt tan\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leht\u00ebson komunikimin dhe bashk\u00ebpunimin multidisiplinar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebse do t\u00eb zbatohet protokolli mjek\u00ebsor at\u00ebher\u00eb, personeli mjek\u00ebsor e ka shum\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb dhe praktike q\u00eb t\u00eb orientohet p\u00ebr historikun e s\u00ebmdunejve, ekzaminimet qe ka kryer, analizat laboratorike qe ka b\u00ebr\u00eb si dhe medikamentet q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor pacienti.
